Centre Pivot system is one of
the most efficient and cost effective technologies of broad acre irrigation
which provides uniform depth of
water to the plant. Irriline offers different varieties and types of pivots
to suit various applications. Irriline Pivot provides the quality and higher
performance and manufactures Fix Pivot, Movable Pivot and U Turnable Pivot.
Specifications:
Irriline Centre Pivot structure is made up of high quality hot dip
galvanized pipe of minimum 100 microns, which gives longer life and also
protects the pipe from corrosion and oxidation. The structure is designed to
operate over rough terrain and deep ridges. Irriline uses different pipe
diameter spans as per the design requirement which can be 6", 6 5/8,
8 5/8, and 10".
Control Panel:
Irriline Pivot offers high
quality Control Panel with 'dust' and 'water' resistance and high quality
electrical switches. Irriline Control Panel also provides mechanical and
automatic option for the controlling the centre pivot. Automatic control
panel is designed to enable precise management of the machine according to
the crop water needs and also simplified system management with quality
electrical equipment.
Drive Unit:
Irriline drive unit consists of
3 phase irrigation duty electric motor at each drive unit which is connected
to the wheels through a series of gear reductions. The motor is of 0.6 HP or
1.2 HP with thermal sensitive device to protect from excessive current or
heat. The unit is electrically controlled to maintain a pre-determined
operating speed and corrective alignment. The system is equipped with heavy
duty gearbox.
Sprinkler Package:
Irriline uses different
sprinkler package depending upon the crop, wind and field conditions. The
sprinkler package is designed for a specific operating pressure. We supply
our pivot with normal impact sprinkler or pressure compensative rotor
sprinkler with normal or telescopic riser, in order to apply desired amount
of irrigation water to the crop's root zone as efficiently and uniformly as
possible. Our rotor sprinkler has much longer diameter of spraying the water
up to 57".
Pressure Regulator:
Irriline uses high quality
in-line pressure regulator to maintain a constant preset outlet pressure
from the pivot point to the last tower. Regulators are available from 6 to
50 psi which can handle inlet pressure up to 150 psi.
